Taxeto conducts the trademark search, files the application, handles any objections, and follows the matter through publication and registration.

Eligibility

6. 6User affidavit (if the mark is already in use)

Process

   Check availability of the brand name/logo.

   Application Filing

   File the application with the Trademark Registry.

   Examination

   Application is reviewed by the authority.

   Respond to any objections raised.

   Trademark is published in the journal.
