Overview
Share Transfer is the process Taxeto manages when ownership of a company's shares moves from one shareholder to another under the Companies Act, 2013, whether due to sale, inheritance, or restructuring. Taxeto prepares the Share Transfer Deed (SH-4), handles stamp duty payment and board approval, and updates the register of members so the transfer is fully valid and documented.
