Dormant Company Status Filing
Apply for dormant status for an eligible inactive company while maintaining the required statutory compliance.
Overview
Dormant Status Filing is the process Taxeto uses to help inactive companies apply for dormant status under the Companies Act, 2013, allowing them to remain legally registered while temporarily suspending active operations.
